Your prompt.
Your choice.

Manual tools work in your browser. AI actions send only the brief you choose to submit.

Optional AI engineering

When you allow an AI submission and press an AI action, this website sends your brief, the prompt included in Improve mode, your clarification answers, and the selected intended tool to OpenAI. Start with an idea does not silently include the current editor. The model drafts or critiques prompt text. Complete briefs can go directly to a separately reviewed proposal; questions appear only when they materially change the result. The application requests that Responses API output not be stored using store: false; this does not mean zero provider retention.

OpenAI documents provider-side abuse monitoring and other retention conditions in its API data controls. Avoid submitting secrets or information you are not authorized to share. Cancel stops the local request and signals the server; it cannot retract data already sent to OpenAI.

Server records and a session cookie

The application does not persist AI briefs, answers, prompts, or model outputs on this server. It keeps private usage and token-cost counters, budget-pacing estimates, hashed session identifiers for cooldowns, keyed request digests and completion status to prevent duplicate spending, and security-session records. These records contain no raw briefs or model results. Successful request digests become eligible for cleanup after one hour, uncertain attempts after ten minutes, and cooldown records after 24 hours; cleanup runs on later AI requests. A session cookie named PM_AI_SESSION is used for request protection and limits; it is HttpOnly, Secure on this website, and SameSite Strict. Session records expire for cleanup after about one hour; cleanup timing depends on hosting. Usage totals remain until operational removal. Hosting infrastructure may log request metadata separately.

Shared AI availability

AI requests may show a cooldown to spread the shared allowance across the month. Unused allowance carries forward within that month. Editing, copying, explicit local saving, and reusing a result already in this tab remain available. Cooldowns never automatically send another request. A fixed financial backstop still applies when the available allowance cannot safely fund more model work.

Drafts and local saving

Work stays in memory unless you choose Save locally, enable Remember working draft, or export a file. Saving a prompt records its text, fields, registered values, title, timestamps, tags, category, and favorite status in this browser profile. Preferences are also saved only when you choose. AI briefs and proposal panels are not automatically saved. This tab can reuse up to four recent AI results in memory for up to one hour without another model request; reloading or closing the tab removes that cache. Applying an AI proposal puts it into the ordinary draft, including any draft-saving preference you enabled.

Browser storage is origin-specific, unencrypted, and not a cloud backup. Clearing site data, changing profiles, or browser restrictions may remove or block it. Export a backup when a copy matters.

Imports, exports, and clipboard

Imports are read and previewed in your browser. Exports download the content you request. Copy sends the selected current text to your clipboard; other software with clipboard access may read it.

Website requests and deletion

Pages, scripts, styles, images, and catalogs are self-hosted. Prompt text is excluded from application-generated URLs. Only explicit AI actions send prompt data in a request body. There is no application advertising or telemetry. Hosting software may log IP addresses, paths, timestamps, and other metadata.

Delete saved items in My prompts. Disable Remember working draft to remove remembered drafts, or clear this site's browser data to remove local application records. Closing an unsaved session can lose work.
